By engaging the services of AffordaWeb Solutions, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
AffordaWeb Solutions provides website design, website updates, maintenance, hosting, and related services as agreed upon in writing or through an approved proposal. Services will be delivered based on the selected plan or agreed scope.
2. Pricing and Payments
All design fees, monthly subscription fees, and other charges are based on mutual agreement between AffordaWeb Solutions and the client.
Not all websites have the same pricing. Costs depend on the size, features, and complexity of the website.
3. Monthly Subscription Start
Monthly subscription fees begin once the website goes live.
The client will receive a payment request 30 days after the site goes live unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate content, images, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines and do not pause payment obligations.
5. Revisions and Changes
Revisions will only be processed once payment has been completed. If payment is not received within 10 days, the development site will be archived unless there is written email confirmation confirming a revised payment arrangement.
6. Hosting and Third-Party Services
If hosting or third-party tools are included, AffordaWeb Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for outages, platform changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
7. Ownership and Usage
The client retains ownership of their content once full payment has been made.
AffordaWeb Solutions retains ownership of any internal systems, templates, or processes used to build the website.
8. SEO and Performance
If SEO-related services are included, AffordaWeb Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business results.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services based on the agreed notice period. Any outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
AffordaWeb Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, downtime, missed profits, or damages arising from website use, delays, or third-party services.
11. Changes to Terms
AffordaWeb Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any updates.
